Cheap Car Rentals, 1120 Market Street, Suite 400, Denver, CO 80202, operates this website and the phone reservation service reachable on +1 (815) 991-4848. These terms cover your use of the site, any quote you request, and any reservation hold you place. The rental agreement you sign at vehicle pickup is a separate contract and governs the rental itself; where the two conflict, the signed rental agreement prevails.

Prices shown on the site are estimates generated from the vehicle class, the pickup point, the dates you enter and the extras you select. They are not offers capable of acceptance until confirmed by our team by phone or in a written confirmation.

A reservation hold reserves a vehicle class, not a specific vehicle identification number, unless we have confirmed a specific vehicle in writing. Holds are free and carry no cancellation penalty when cancelled at least 24 hours before pickup.

We may decline or cancel a hold where the vehicle becomes unavailable through damage, theft or a delayed prior return, where the details supplied are inaccurate, or where we reasonably suspect fraud. In those cases we offer the nearest equivalent class at the original price, or no charge at all.

You must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid licence as described in our rental policies. You agree that the name, contact details, dates and driver ages you supply are accurate, and that you will tell us promptly if they change.

Confirmed totals include the daily rate, applicable state and city rental taxes, airport concession and facility fees where the pickup point charges them, and the extras you selected. Fuel used, tolls, citations, damage, late-return charges and cleaning fees are billed after return where they apply.

We honour the total we confirm to you. If we make a pricing error in your favour and you have already been confirmed, we absorb the difference rather than repricing your rental.

You may browse, save vehicles, request quotes and place holds for your own genuine rental needs. You may not scrape the site at scale, resell our inventory or quotes, submit reservations you do not intend to honour, attempt to interfere with the site's operation, or use it in violation of any law.

All text, photography, vehicle descriptions, pricing logic, guides and design on this site are original work owned by us or licensed to us. You may quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not republish substantial portions or use our photographs commercially without written permission.

The site is provided as is. We take care to keep vehicle availability, specifications and pricing accurate, but we do not warrant that every listing is error-free at every moment. To the extent permitted by law, our liability arising from your use of the site is limited to the amount you paid us for the rental in question. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Where we show indicative prices from other rental brands, those figures are illustrative comparisons compiled by us and are not quotes from those companies. We are not affiliated with them, and their names are used only to identify them. Always confirm a competitor's price with that company directly.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The version published here at the time you place a hold is the version that applies to that hold. Material changes are summarised at the top of this page.
