What to have ready when you call

Your city and pickup point, your pickup and return dates and rough times, the age of the youngest driver, and whether you want a specific vehicle class. With those four things we can give you a firm total, including tax and any airport fee, before you hang up. Nothing is charged on the call — the card is only taken at the counter.

Existing rentals and roadside help

If you are already driving one of our cars, call the same number and say so — those calls jump the queue. Roadside assistance is included on every rental, 24 hours a day, for lockouts, jump starts, flat tyres, fuel delivery and towing.

Billing questions and complaints

Email travofarescarrental@gmail.com with your reference number and we will reply within one business day. If a charge on your statement does not match your agreement, tell us before disputing with your bank — we can usually resolve it the same day.
